Join our team of Financial Services Representatives where you’ll have dedicated time to focus on growth and career development, while you support our customers taking inbound calls and prepare for a future as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. This role offers paid training to help you obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, along with personalized support and career guidance. During the onboarding experience, you will support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades. This initial phase involves working from home four days a week and spending one day per week in an Investor Center. Upon completion of this onboarding experience, you will transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center on a daily basis. Your first year will involve navigating an industry-leading training program, including paid, on-the-job study time four days a week for your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, with support from licensing coaches and individualized study plans. Successful completion of all exams is required. You will continue to develop skills by supporting customers with increasing complexity and will have dedicated time each week for skill development, networking, and online classes. After completing the training journey, you will transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center, potentially spending more time remotely supporting inbound phone customers before the full transition. You will gain confidence and proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track, building advanced skills for a career in planning.
