About The Position

Champion Window is seeking experienced In-home Sales professionals to join our phenomenally successful team! Requirements

  • Proven success in consultative or in-home sales, preferably with high-ticket products or services.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability.
  • Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and providing customized solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up activities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math / computer applications.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or sales certifications are a plus.
  • Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales.
  • HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high-value retail sales.
  • Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments.
  • Experience selling products with financing options and one-call close presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
  • Identify customer needs / wants and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation.
  • Negotiate and close the sale.
  • Opportunities for daily sales / training meetings and coaching sessions.
