About The Position

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, Utah, is hiring a part-time Sunday Brunch Server. The role supports a fast-paced hospitality-focused property and contributes to guest service at a private club. The server welcomes guests, explains menu offerings, takes and delivers orders, checks on guest satisfaction, processes payments, and follows established service and safety standards. Fine dining experience is required, along with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, plus two years of serving experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol (21+).
• Fine dining experience required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describe daily specials, answer questions about menu items, and offer suggestions when appropriate.
• Take food and beverage orders and promptly deliver items after preparation.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
• Maintain an organized workstation and complete side work duties.
• Accurately process checks and cash transactions using the POS system.
• Follow established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Adhere to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and the overall guest experience.
• Use proper tray service techniques for all food and beverage service.
• Incorporate safe work practices into job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
