About The Position

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, Utah, is seeking a part-time Sunday Brunch Server to contribute to its hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, the server helps provide a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment. The role includes serving food and beverages, processing transactions, maintaining a workstation, and following established service and safety procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, and two years of serving experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol (21+).
Fine dining experience required.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

Provide immediate attention to guests upon seating.
Describe daily specials, answer questions about menu items, and offer suggestions when appropriate.
Take food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly after preparation.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
Participate in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
Maintain an organized workstation and complete side work duties.
Accurately process checks and cash transactions using the POS system.
Follow established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
Adhere to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and the overall guest experience.
Use proper tray service techniques for all food and beverage service.
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
Perform other duties as required.
