About The Position
Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Summer Youth Baseball Coaches in Rye, NY for our camps across Westchester County and the tri-state region. Our coaches help deliver an exciting baseball camp experience where young players learn the fundamentals of the game while building confidence and friendships.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience coaching or working with youth is preferred
- Knowledge of baseball fundamentals and rules
- Ability to motivate and engage children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a safe and positive environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience working at a summer camp
- First Aid/CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Lead baseball drills and games
- Motivate campers to stay engaged and active
- Provide instruction and feedback during activities
- Maintain a safe camp environment
- Support daily camp programming
