About The Position
Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Baseball Camp Coaches in Mamaroneck, NY to help lead summer youth camps across Westchester County. Coaches help create a positive learning environment where young athletes develop baseball skills and confidence.
Requirements
- Experience working with youth
- Knowledge of baseball fundamentals
- Ability to motivate and engage children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Previous coaching experience
- Experience in a camp setting
Responsibilities
- Teach baseball drills and fundamentals
- Support camp games and team activities
- Motivate campers to participate and improve
- Ensure safety and supervision
