About The Position
Tla’amin Nation has exciting job opportunities for Tla’amin youth aged 15 to 30 years old this summer! This year the Summer Student program will run from June 29th – August 28th, 2026. We are seeking a number of students to fill the below positions; please note that more than one student is needed for some placements. Please make sure to indicate in your cover letter 2-3 positions of interest, along with a brief explanation on how your skills and studies make you a good fit for your positions of interest. You can get help with creating or updating your resume and cover letter at Ahms Tah Ow, Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm-5:30pm or by booking an appointment with Jessie Peters at [email protected]. Applications will be accepted until Monday, June 1st, at 4:30pm. Shortlisted students will be invited to interview June 8th – 12th, between 3pm-4:30pm. Students who are hired will begin on Monday, June 29th. Any required PPE and training will be provided to the student free of charge. Requirements
- Applicants must be participating in full-time studies and returning to full-time studies in the fall.
- Between the ages of 15 to 30 years old.
- Have a SIN number at the time of application.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from their place of employment.

Responsibilities
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with Tla’amin policies, standards, practices, and procedures as directed by the Department Supervisor.
- Maintains confidentiality as required pertaining to members, clients, employees, and general matters of the Nation.
