Contribute to the grating manufacturing process to ensure proper quality of product. This process will include working with several others as part of a team and will require the ability to coordinate, communicate, and work well with others. Work is reviewed by a supervisor to ensure quality and accuracy. Requirements

• High school juniors and seniors who are seeking to gain foundational knowledge and practical exposure within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with and work well with others.
• Follow all work instructions, operating procedures, and safety requirements
• Assembles work and assists production lines, assist with setups and changeovers as needed.
• Accurately compute all data in the ERP system according to training protocol.
• Keep personal and common work areas clean and organized.
• Perform other duties and cross-train as assigned by supervisor.
