Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program in a relevant field of study, such as healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related science discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Ability to manipulate and work with data.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge.
  • Prioritize initiatives and complete tasks or solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

  • Experience working with or leading projects an asset.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM data and files related to patient support programs by identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Assist in analyzing patient data to generate insights and support decision-making processes for program improvements.
  • Maintain, organize and standardize storage of patient support program-related documents on SharePoint for easy access and retrieval.
  • Monitor, track and organize Manufacturer contractual documents to facilitate timely contract renewals or updates.
  • Identify PSP Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to ensure audit-readiness.
  • Assist with the creation of program operational documents.
  • Assist with the development of presentations and reports to support patient support program initiatives.
  • Assist with various departmental projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the patient support programs.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence related to patient support programs.
  • Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reporting requirements; and
  • Other duties as required
