This Summer student role, functioning as a Warehouse Associate, is essential to delivering on this purpose. The position involves ensuring the daily receiving and refurbishment of packaging material, maintaining warehouse aspects, and coordinating inspections within established refurbishment protocols. Key duties include logging and verifying inbound packaging returns, disposing of non-compliant materials, preparing cold chain packaging according to SOPs and client requirements, and accurately completing all documentation. The role also requires managing inventory movement using FIFO or FEFO methods, assisting with supply kitting, implementing corrective and preventative actions, adhering to GMP and regulatory compliance, and maintaining sanitation and pest control programs. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Must be proficient in English language (reading, written, oral and mathematics)
Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs daily
Ability to perform repeated reaching, bending and lifting daily
Able to work in a cold environment daily
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgment
Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail
Works well under pressure in time sensitive situations
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Independent worker, requiring minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Ensuring the daily receiving and refurbishment of packaging material, aspects of the warehouse are maintained.
Logging and verifying all in bound packaging returns for material identity, quantity and any shipping damage.
Coordinating any inspections within established refurbishment protocols.
Disposing of returned packaging material that does not meet requirements as outlined by Innomar’s SOP’s.
Ensuring cold chain packaging material are packed according to Innomar’s SOP’s and client requirements in an expedient manner in order to meet daily commitments.
Ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately.
Managing inventory movement in a FIFO or FEFO manner (first-in-first-out, first-expiry-first-out) through a safe and organized efficient flow of properly identified and segregated goods through the warehouse.
Assisting with supply kitting activities as required adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
Implementation of Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions.
Adhering to GMP & Regulatory Compliance: Protocol adherence.
Maintaining and adhering to sanitation and pest control programs as outlined by Innomar’s SOP’s.
Ensuring all sensitive products outlined by Innomar’s SOP’s are handled accordingly and in an expedited manner.
Undergoing regular training on Good Manufacturing Practices.
Participating in other related projects and performing other functions as required from time to time.
