In this role, the Product Management Student will provide valuable support for ongoing projects, helping to conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Currently Attending a College or University in the field of Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
  • Technical Skills
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to Global Product Manager as required on a daily basis
  • Assists GPdMs with quoting activities, product market evaluations, regional and global market trend analysis
  • Support product updates for Global Product Roadmaps and general presentations
  • Assist with cross-functional organization evaluations to establish and facilitate maintenance of competitor assessments
  • Work with cross-functional organizations to assess and identify market trends and their impact on the defined product strategies
  • Assists in the development and implementation of long-term projects (i.e. BP vs Bluebird success Rates by customer by product by region, etc.)
  • Participates in team-oriented problem activities (i.e. new business meetings, technical workshops, marketing plans, etc.)
  • Upholds the principles of the Magna Employee’s Charter, Magna’s Operational Principles, Magna’s Environmental Health and Safety Policy & Procedures, MML Quality Policy, Program Execution Process and Business Protocols.
  • Must understand and respect the laws and cultures in countries which Magna conducts business & Magna compliances.

  • Respond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, defects or non-compliance issues
  • Understand and uphold the policies that prohibit workplace violence and harassment
  • In addition to the above, the duties include those specified under the Occupational Health & Safety Act
