About The Position

This internship contributes to Sanford operations and processes while obtaining first-hand experiences that align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The intern will work collaboratively with organization leadership, enhancing knowledge and skills and improving the delivery of quality healthcare. They will assist in the completion of projects and administrative duties delegated, while developing skills related to the assigned function and/or location. The intern will also attend training and development opportunities, learning about various processes and functions within the organization.

Requirements

• Part of a pre-approved Sanford clinical internship program as a high school student.
• Going into their senior year of high school or in college enrolled in a healthcare degree.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of healthcare industry helpful.
