This is a grant-funded position for Summer Special Education District Program Instructional Assistants for the 2026 program. The program will operate on a four-day schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 7:50 a.m. to 1:10 p.m., from July 6 through July 30, 2026. Prior to the program, a professional development session will be held on June 29 and 30, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The role involves working with students from District Programs (DSC, Strides, and/or Target Program) and supporting all aspects of their programming, including academic, social/emotional/behavioral, and activities of daily living. Responsibilities also include data collection at the beginning and end of the summer program, assisting with program evaluation, and other duties as assigned by the ESY directors. The location is to be determined, and compensation will be in accordance with the Instructional Assistants' contract, prorated based on hours or days worked.
