About The Position
Padres Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Softball Coaches at Cliffridge Park for Summer 2026. This role is ideal for college softball players and student-athletes in La Jolla and beyond. It offers an opportunity to stay active and connected to the sport, gain coaching and leadership experience, and work outdoors in a great location with a weekday schedule.
Requirements
- Collegiate softball players preferred
- Experience working with kids a plus
- Energetic and reliable
Responsibilities
- Lead drills and skill development sessions
- Coach campers ages 4–13
- Promote teamwork and sportsmanship
