About The Position
Padres Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Softball Coaches at Tidelands Park for Summer 2026. This is a unique summer job opportunity for college softball players in Coronado and surrounding areas. The role offers a scenic waterfront work environment, a chance to stay active while coaching youth athletes, and the opportunity to gain leadership and mentoring experience. The schedule is Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- Collegiate or high school softball experience preferred
- Experience working with kids is a plus
- Energetic and dependable
