About The Position
Padres Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Softball Coaches for Summer 2026. This position is ideal for college softball players who are home in North County San Diego and looking for a fun, active summer job. It offers the opportunity to stay in shape while coaching youth softball, and to build leadership and coaching experience. The schedule is weekdays only, with no nights or weekends.
Requirements
- Collegiate softball and high school players preferred
- Experience with kids a plus
- Energetic and reliable
Responsibilities
- Lead drills (hitting, fielding, throwing)
- Coach campers ages 4–13
- Create a fun, safe environment
