About The Position
Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Summer Softball Coaches in San Francisco for our youth camps (ages 4–13). This is an ideal summer job for college softball players or student-athletes with summers off, offering competitive pay and the chance to build coaching experience. The role involves working with other college athletes in a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.
Requirements
- Collegiate softball players preferred
- Experience playing softball or baseball in high school or recreationally
- Experience working with kids preferred
- Energetic, reliable, and positive
Responsibilities
- Coach youth softball (hitting, fielding, throwing, base running)
- Lead drills and games
- Create a fun, safe camp environment
- Be a positive role model for campers
