Responsibilities
- Perform lease administration functions for an assigned regional center.
- Understand key provisions of tenant shopping center leases, including commencement dates, fixed charges, expense recovery, percentage rent, assignment and sublet rights and obligations, defaults and breaches, tenant sales reporting, co-tenancy requirements, termination rights, holdover rent, renewal options, operating covenants, notice addresses, and common-area rights.
- Manage collection efforts for an assigned regional center.
- Prepare monthly reforecasts for all lease-generated revenues.
