About The Position
Pyramid Management Group, LLC is seeking motivated individuals for its 2027 Summer Real Estate Internship Program in Leasing. Interns will assist the sales team with market research and analysis, retailer and competitor information, feasibility studies, presentations, and activity reports. They will also attend meetings with prospective tenants. The paid internship runs from June 7 through August 13, 2027.
Requirements
- Outstanding professional appearance and manner, with strong people skills.
- Outgoing, competitive, analytical, self-motivated, well organized, and highly energetic.
- Exceptional verbal and accurate written communication skills.
- Nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with research and creation of market studies.
- Conduct retail market analysis and gather competitor retailer information.
- Assist with site feasibility studies and presentations.
- Provide detailed activity reports.
- Attend meetings with prospective tenants.
