About The Position
The 2028 New York Summer Law Clerk role offers the opportunity to work in and gain exposure to all of the firm’s practice areas on both the transactional and disputes sides. At the conclusion of the summer, the firm will make a final determination about placement in either the transactional pool or the Disputes practice. The transactional pool includes Capital Markets, Debt Finance, Funds & Asset Management, Private Equity, Corporate Transactions & Advisory, Project Development & Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, Structured Finance, and Real Estate. The salary for U.S.-based summer law clerk roles is $225,000.
Requirements
- Be enrolled full-time in an ABA-accredited law school.
- Have an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2029.
- Submit a complete application with a resume and law school transcript; an unofficial transcript is acceptable.
