About The Position
The 2028 Washington, DC 2L Summer Law Clerk program offers candidates the opportunity to interview for and directly join one of three practice groups: Antitrust & Trade, Disputes, or Project Development & Finance. Candidates interested in Disputes should have a strong interest in cross-border white-collar investigations, civil litigation, and compliance. The salary for US-based summer law clerk roles is $225,000. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an ABA-accredited law school and expect to graduate in Spring 2029. Applications must include a resume and law school transcript; an unofficial transcript is acceptable. Applicants may update their application after first-semester grades are released.
