About The Position

Tschetter Group, an independent advisory firm focused on investment management and planning, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented intern for its Summer Internship Program, focused on AI and Automation, from June through August 2027. After an introductory period covering wealth management fundamentals and how the firm operates, the intern will contribute to projects involving automation, data management, data visualization, and development. The intern will gain exposure to development tools and systems on the Azure cloud, as well as fundamentals of networking, compute and cost management, and CI/CD. Students will work on real firm problems, plan approaches to solving them, and receive support and resources to implement solutions. Exceptional performance and cultural alignment may lead to consideration for a full-time position upon graduation. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in computer science, data science, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or earlier.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in version control tools, preferably Git, and basic knowledge of CI/CD.
• Experience using Claude Code, Codex, or other agentic or terminal-based coding development tools.
• Coursework or projects demonstrating proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Can-do attitude and collaborative mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship experience or coursework in finance or software-related fields.
