Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 - June 2028, and be in good academic standing.
• Ability to participate in a full-time, hybrid, 10-week (temporary) internship between June 2027 to August 2027.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
• Willing and able to travel.
• Willing and able to relocate.
• Demonstrate agile, clear, and persuasive written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated work or project expertise in designing frictionless, end-to-end customer or user journeys powered by dynamic pricing, predictive value realization, or complex MarTech stacks.

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in one of the following majors: Marketing, Strategic Management, Strategy Consulting, Business Administration, or a related major.
• Business, Financial & Data Acumen.
• Ethical Judgment & Customer Empathy.
• Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional projects, applying systems thinking, data-backed reasoning, and process simplification to solve complex problems and streamline workflows across matrixed teams.
• A track record of rapid skill acquisition and entrepreneurial initiative, with proven ability to leverage technical/data literacy (including AI tools) to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver customer-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real project in real time that is impactful and timely and that the business depends on.
• Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify opportunities for cross-selling, churn reduction, and lifetime value optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover consumer insights across mobile and broadband markets.
• Prototype end-to-end customer journey concepts that simplify how customers discover, buy, and manage converged services under the Verizon One portfolio.
