About The Position

Marsh is hiring Summer Interns for its 10-week Early Career Program in the Risk Consulting business. Based in Chicago, Dallas, or Houston, the hybrid role is expected to start in June 2027 and requires working in the office at least three days per week. Under close supervision, interns work alongside experienced consultants and learn how technical analysis and engineering principles are applied to client challenges. The program includes a cohort community, learning and development opportunities, mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, networking, and a summer capstone presentation. Exceptional juniors may be offered a full-time position after completing the internship. Interns may be considered for Property Risk Consulting (PRC) or Specialty Risk Engineering (SRE). PRC uses engineering and technical expertise to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to clients’ physical assets and operations, helping reduce property loss and operational disruption. SRE helps clients understand and manage property and natural catastrophe risks through engineering analysis, loss estimates, risk improvement strategies, and technical reporting. Team and office availability vary, and candidates are aligned during application review.
