About The Position

Apple Bank, one of the largest community banks in the NYC area with over 160 years of history, is offering a 10-week internship program for undergraduate students. This program provides real-world experience in core areas of Retail Banking, including Business Banking, Retail Sales, Customer Experience & Analytics, Digital Banking, and Operations & Support. The program runs from Monday, June 7, 2027, through Thursday, August 12, 2027, and includes an in-person first week in NYC for onboarding, training, and team building. Interns will work a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and will be guided by dedicated leaders. The program features a team project focused on a real business concern, presented to Senior Leadership, along with individual development opportunities, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's degree program as a rising Senior.
Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
Experience using MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Currently authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Dedication to learning and a passion for the banking industry.
Ability to work both independently and on a team.
Organizational skills, a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and leadership potential.
Ability to prepare deliverables for meetings while exhibiting professionalism, maturity, and insight.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
