About The Position
The Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York (TRS) is a public pension fund that provides New York City educators with retirement, disability, and death benefits. TRS was established on August 1, 1917 and is one of the largest pension plan sponsors in the United States, with more than $106 billion in assets and over 215,000 active and inactive members, retirees and beneficiaries. Our Summer Internship Program is a twelve-week program that offers students the opportunity to gain rewarding work experience, while also making important contributions to the City of New York. During the program, interns will support departmental projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and participate in enrichment activities such as networking events and training workshops. Assist in developing business applications, creating tools and utilities to aid in application development, contributing to Data Warehouse and Data Analysis tasks, and supporting database maintenance along with related documentation activities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in an accredited college, university or law school.
