About The Position

Requirements

Current Arlington High School student.
Strong Communication Skills: You’ll need to explain tech issues clearly to people who may not be familiar with IT.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Be curious and eager to figure out how things work and how to fix them.
Team Player: We work together, and we’re looking for someone who is ready to pitch in and collaborate.
Attention to Detail: We need someone who is organized and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

Support the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting technology systems.
Support the team in maintaining computers, software, and other tech systems.
Organize and manage IT equipment and resources.
Work alongside experienced Service Desk staff to gain hands-on knowledge in various areas of IT like programming, cybersecurity, and data management.
