Summer Intern - Club Operations (Retail)
About The Position
BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Summer Intern to join their Club Operations team. This internship is part of the Summer Intern Program, offering a duration of 11 weeks from June 7th to August 20th, 2027. The program is designed for individual growth, professional development, business exposure, and project ownership. Interns will focus on their assigned business area and participate in various development activities, including site visits, weekly IKE sessions with senior leadership, skills workshops, weekly coffee chats, coffee with the CEO, final projects and presentations, and engagement events with fellow interns. The role requires a hybrid schedule, with onsite work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Marlborough, MA, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Requirements
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc.
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.
- Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
- Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
- Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.
- Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT is recognized.
