About The Position

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Summer Intern for their Club Operations (Retail) program. This internship is part of the Summer Intern Program and offers a 11-week duration from June 7th to August 20th, 2027. The program is designed for individual growth, professional development, business exposure, and project ownership. Interns will focus on their assigned business area and participate in development-focused activities, including weekly IKE Sessions with Senior Leadership, Skills Workshops, Weekly Coffee Chats, Coffee with the CEO, and final projects and presentations. Engagement events with fellow interns are also part of the program.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc.
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.
• Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
• Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Focus on assigned area of the business.
