About The Position

D.Law is a reputable, fast-growing litigation law firm specializing in plaintiff-side employment law. We are offering a 10-week structured intensive summer associate training program to prepare future lawyers for the practice of law as plaintiff’s employment attorneys. Our summer associates will have a dedicated and experienced litigation attorney to mentor and teach them the ins and outs of the practice of law as a plaintiff-side litigator. D.Law exclusively practices labor and employment law, working on behalf of employees with a focus on wage and hour class / PAGA actions and single-plaintiff FEHA / termination actions.

Requirements

• Completed second year of law school in a traditional three-year program (or equivalent grade level).
• Confident, energetic, and sharp future attorneys who are quick-on-their-feet thinkers and are ready to be aggressive and creative future litigators for adversarial, fast-paced litigation.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Resume
