Cordell & Cordell is seeking highly motivated second-year law students with a genuine interest in family law for its paid Summer Associate Program. The program offers practical experience working alongside experienced attorneys and firm leaders, and is designed to mirror the work of a first-year associate through meaningful legal assignments, direct mentorship, and professional development. The internship is based in an assigned office for the duration of the program; candidates must be able to relocate or reside there. Long-term locations after graduation may differ from the summer office. Many participants are offered part-time law clerk positions during their third year and full-time positions upon graduation. The role is not eligible for the firm’s full-time benefits package, merit increases, or bonuses. Hourly pay is $35.
