About The Position

ClearChoice is seeking a part-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to place dental implants for patients seeking “All-on-X” solutions. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, generally one day per week depending on availability. Surgeries typically run from 7:00 a.m. until approximately 1:00 p.m., with three or more arches performed each day. Compensation is production-based in a high-volume practice, with no overhead or non-compete requirements.

The practice provides the equipment and support needed to perform surgeries, including a trained surgical team and, at some centers or as needed, a CRNA. The surgeon works alongside a Prosthodontist who conducts consultations, treatment planning, and restorative work. The management team handles practice business needs so the surgeon can focus on patients and surgery. ClearChoice centers are comprehensive dental implant facilities equipped with modern technology, including CBCT technology, IOS scanners, and an on-site lab.

Requirements

• Experience with the AO4 procedure.
• Graduate of a U.S.-accredited four-year dental school with a DMD or DDS.
• Completion of a U.S. postgraduate surgical program and a certificate to practice oral surgery.
• Successfully pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental implant surgery, including tooth extractions and alveolectomy as necessary.
• Provide safe and effective anesthesia services.
• Collaborate closely with the Prosthodontist to plan cases and achieve the best possible results.
• Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety requirements, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
