About The Position

ClearChoice Buffalo is seeking a part-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to place dental implants for patients seeking All-on-X solutions. The position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role, with work scheduled one to two mornings each week depending on availability. Surgeries typically run from 7 a.m. until around noon, leaving afternoons free. The practice offers production-based compensation in a high-volume setting, with no overhead or non-compete agreements. The center provides the surgical team and resources needed for procedures, while an expert Prosthodontist handles consultations, treatment plans, and restorative work. The management team takes care of business operations so the surgeon can focus on patients and surgeries. ClearChoice centers are owned and operated by licensed and experienced dental experts and provide comprehensive dental implant treatment in advanced, all-in-one facilities. Centers have modern technology, including advanced CBCT technology, IOS scanners, and an on-site full-service lab. The work environment is described as low-stress, with no referrals to manage.

Requirements

Experience with the AO4 procedure.
Graduate of a U.S.-accredited four-year dental school with a DMD or DDS.
Completion of a U.S. postgraduate surgical program with a certificate to practice oral surgery.
Successfully pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

Perform dental implant surgery, including tooth extractions and alveolectomy as necessary.
Provide safe and effective anesthesia services; a CRNA is provided in some centers or as needed.
Collaborate closely with the Prosthodontist to plan cases and achieve the best possible results.
Follow office policies and procedures and comply with safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
