About The Position
The practice is seeking Oral Surgeons to join established practices in San Antonio or El Paso, Texas. The full-time opportunity offers 35% of adjusted production, W-2 employment, an established patient base, clinical and operational support, and comprehensive benefits. Experienced surgeons and recent residency graduates are welcome. New graduates may receive mentorship in a supportive clinical environment, and professional development opportunities are available through Seattle Study Club.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
- Active Texas dental license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
- Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities
