About The Position

ClearChoice Buffalo is seeking a part-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to place dental implants for patients seeking "All-on-X" solutions. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, requiring 1-2 mornings per week based on availability. Surgeries typically run from 7 am to 12 pm, leaving afternoons free. The role offers the opportunity to transform patient lives and gain experience by performing 3 or more arches daily in a high-volume practice with excellent compensation paid on production. There is no overhead or non-compete clauses. The practice provides all necessary surgical equipment and a highly trained surgical team. You will collaborate with an expert Prosthodontist who handles consults, treatment plans, and restorative work, while the management team handles business operations, allowing you to focus solely on patient care and surgery. The working environment is described as amazing, low-stress, and free from referral management. Each ClearChoice Center is independently owned and operated by experienced dental professionals, offering comprehensive implant treatment in advanced facilities equipped with modern technology like CBCT and IOS scanners, and an on-site lab.

Requirements

Experience with the AO4 procedure.
Graduate of a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DMD or DDS).
Completion of a post-graduate U.S. surgical program with a certificate to practice oral surgery.
Successfully passing a thorough background check.

A CRNA is provided in some centers or as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform dental implant surgery, including tooth extraction and alveolectomy as needed.
Provide safe and effective anesthesia services.
Collaborate closely with the Prosthodontist to plan cases for optimal results.
Conduct work in compliance with office policies, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
