About The Position

Benevis is seeking an Oral Surgeon for a PRN moonlighting opportunity in a supportive community dental setting. The role is designed to fit around an existing practice or hospital schedule, with flexible scheduling of 1–2 days per month and no full-time commitment. Providers receive daily compensation of $1,200–$5,000, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. The practice has DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures. The company provides malpractice insurance and has no lab fees.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases.
• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate.
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment.
• Partner with dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.
