About The Position
This role is for a Summer Associate in Functional & Operations Strategy within the Consultative Offerings division. The position focuses on helping executives navigate disruption, solve complex problems, and drive transformation within organizations. The role involves structuring problems, guiding teams from analysis to recommendation, digging into data, pressure-testing insights, and communicating actionable perspectives to clients. It emphasizes thinking and bringing a perspective to every conversation, connecting strategy and execution to create tangible value. The work spans diagnosing business functions, charting future states, and designing transformations, with a focus on AI and its application in high-stakes situations. The role offers opportunities to grow into an executive advisor or CXO, building skills in data analysis, financial fluency, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2028 with an MBA degree or related/equivalent program.
- 3+ years of full-time work experience.
- Strong academic track record.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work performed and the clients and industries/sectors served.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment.
