About The Position

Nitra is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join its Strategy & Operations team. This role is crucial for building the operating infrastructure of a rapidly scaling company. It is a highly cross-functional position with significant ownership, supporting leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. The Associate will engage in a variety of strategic and operational tasks, including analyzing business performance, enhancing processes, supporting planning activities, resolving ad hoc business challenges, and assisting leadership in executing company priorities. Additionally, there will be opportunities to contribute to the establishment and scaling of foundational people programs as Nitra continues its growth trajectory. This generalist role is ideal for an individual who is analytical, highly organized, comfortable tackling unfamiliar problems, adept at bringing structure to ambiguity, and capable of moving swiftly from analysis to execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical role at a high-growth company
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions
  • Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets and business data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High ownership and a bias toward action — you are comfortable taking a problem from an ambiguous starting point through execution
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with senior leaders
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new areas of the business quickly

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and scaling of People Operations processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee programs, and other foundational people initiatives
  • Partner with Strategy & Operations leaders across GTM to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and day-to-day operating priorities
  • Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Build analyses, financial models, reporting, and presentations to support leadership decision-making
  • Own and improve operational processes, workflows, and reporting across GTM functions
  • Support quarterly and annual planning, forecasting, goal-setting, and performance management
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Recruiting, and other teams to drive high-priority initiatives
  • Take on special projects and ambiguous business problems that require structured thinking and hands-on execution
  • Identify opportunities to make the business more efficient and scalable, and drive those initiatives through execution
