About The Position
This role is for a Summer Associate in Enterprise Strategy, focusing on helping executives navigate disruption. The position involves structuring questions, setting paths forward, guiding teams from analysis to recommendation, digging into data, pressure-testing insights, and turning findings into actionable perspectives for clients. Associates will work independently and collaboratively, lead workstreams, and communicate recommendations to executives. The role requires thinking critically and bringing a perspective to every conversation, with the goal of creating tangible outcomes and value for organizations. The work addresses broad questions across client domains, such as portfolio changes for growth, cost restructuring for reinvestment, reimagining operations, adapting to customer demands enhanced by AI, and creating value from AI while managing token costs. The program emphasizes connecting strategy and execution, with a focus on delivering measurable value rather than just producing reports. The role is designed to develop skills in transforming messy data into clear insights, building analytical and financial fluency, and effectively communicating points of view to influence decision-making, preparing individuals for future executive roles.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2028 with an MBA degree or related/equivalent program.
- 3+ years of full-time work experience.
- Strong academic track record.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work performed and the clients and industries/sectors served.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment.
