About The Position

TD Cowen, a division of TD Securities, is a market leader in Capital Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking. Our Investment Banking business provides world-class advice and execution services for M&A opportunities and capital markets transactions. The Summer Analyst program offers hands-on experience and insights into our day-to-day work, delivering innovative strategies and solutions for clients. Analysts will work on a collaborative team, gaining industry experience, building relationships, and creating client-facing presentation materials and financial models. Summer analysts will learn about key healthcare sectors including biotechnology, medical technology, and healthcare technology. The program includes an immersive orientation and rigorous technical training focused on financial analysis, accounting, and valuation skills. Analysts will build and maintain complex financial models, perform financial analyses, apply valuation tools, conduct company and industry research, draft marketing materials and client pitch presentations, and support the execution of financing and M&A transactions. Analysts will collaborate with various teams across the Corporate & Investment bank. Investment Banking at TD Cowen offers the opportunity to gain extensive industry experience, develop long-lasting client relationships, and create best-in-class, client-facing presentation materials and financial models. Analysts will work in a fast-paced environment that is challenging yet collaborative and motivating. Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. For individuals whose work authorization is or will be based on F-1 optional practical training, your degree or anticipated degree must be in a qualifying STEM program, as reflected on your Form I-20. This role is not suitable for individuals who are ineligible for a STEM OPT extension.

  • Strong financial/analytical skills, knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
  • Proactive and highly motivated.

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Currently enrolled in 4 year college program or post graduate program.

  • Detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
