About The Position

KKR's 2027 Summer Analyst Program is an opportunity for undergraduate students to join a leading global investment firm. The Global Human Capital team provides commercially aligned people strategies by working closely with business leaders, employees, and key stakeholders to deliver on human capital and talent needs. The team implements world-class advisory and talent solutions that drive first-quartile investment performance, create differentiated outcomes aligned with the firm's strategic priorities, provide an exceptional employee experience, preserve and evolve KKR's unique culture, and protect the firm's license to operate. Human Capital is comprised of Business Partners and Centers of Excellence — including Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, People Ops & Data, Culture, and Total Rewards — that together deliver seamless human capital services and solutions across every stage of an employee's lifecycle at KKR. This is a 10-week in-person internship that will take place from June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027. This is a rotational internship program in which you’ll gain exposure to four different teams across Human Capital: Human Capital Business Partners (HCBP), Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and People Analytics, Technology & Operations (PATO). In addition to this, you will attend a 2-day orientation that provides an overview of KKR and alternative investments. You will work on various projects, attend educational and network-building programming, and contribute meaningfully to strategic initiatives. Full-time offers for 2028 may be extended in alignment with both exceptional performance and business headcount needs. If a full-time offer is extended, the role will be based in Boston, MA.
