Requirements

  • 2 yrs. exp. in human resources.
  • Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.
  • 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611.
  • Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as an HR generalist by providing day‑to‑day support across key HR programs, including payroll, benefits, personnel actions, and employee inquiries, ensuring accurate processing and timely follow‑up.
  • Assist with the full recruitment process by posting job openings, coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and helping with screening activities as needed.
  • Help track and process employee leave and workplace accommodation requests, assisting to ensure documentation is complete and submitted correctly.
  • Support employee programs by assisting to coordinate engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and helping maintain the performance review process.
  • Maintain HR and EEO data by collecting information, updating records, and supporting the preparation of required reports.
