About The Position

KKR's 2027 Summer Analyst Program is an opportunity for undergraduate students to join a leading global investment firm. This role is for KKR's Insurance business in their Wayne, PA office, specifically within the Individual Markets Sales team. Summer Analysts will support the sales office by assisting with sales technology, training, internal communications, and market research. The position involves shadowing various roles in distribution and supporting a sales division in their efforts to gain new sales. This internship offers a chance to learn about the financial services industry and the workings of a sales organization. Exceptional performers may receive full-time offers for 2028 upon completion of the internship.

Requirements

• Anticipated graduation date from an undergraduate program in December 2027 - June 2028
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Outstanding academic record
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and quality of work
• Curiosity about and openness to adopting emerging AI technologies in day-to-day workflows

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to help drive financial advisor engagement within a defined territory
• Assist with ongoing training initiatives when new products, features, and processes are rolled out
• Collaborate with event planning team to coordinate charity and employee relations events
• Participate in project meetings that affect distribution and sales support
• Analyze competitor materials to benchmark current affiliated marketing materials
• Develop and deliver presentation materials both independently and in collaboration with others
• Study for and take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam
