This is a 10-week Global Financial Crimes Division (GFCD) Program for rising seniors and first-year graduate students, offering hands-on experience and business exposure in financial crimes compliance within Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG). The internship involves working closely with financial crimes and core compliance areas, supporting key business units, risk, and support functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The work includes participation in major projects with significant business impact, assisting with process and control documentation, data analysis, and management. Interns will benefit from working alongside experienced colleagues, receiving on-the-job training, and gaining broad exposure to financial crimes and core compliance risk management. Beyond the work experience, the program offers valuable networking opportunities with colleagues and senior leaders from diverse backgrounds and schools. It provides guided mentorship and various program activities for professional development and business exposure, aiming to build the foundation for a long and rewarding career in compliance risk management.
