2027 Summer Analyst, Commercial Management Operations
About The Position
Related Commercial Management Companies is seeking a motivated and organized Summer Analyst to join the RCMC Operations team. The role supports ongoing building projects and data organization, working with the events and communications teams on project execution and emergency audits. The portfolio includes the Hudson Yards campus, Columbus Circle, and 85 Tenth Ave. The Summer Analyst reports to the RCMC Director of Operations. The position is part of a formal 10-week internship program. Interns work on projects integral to their teams in a fast-paced real estate environment and participate in speaker series, networking events, professional development and training, volunteering, portfolio tours, and intern-led activities.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Strong passion for real estate and project management.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Experience with Excel.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and job-specific knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain data to support cross-functional teams.
- Perform data entry with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Collaborate with General Managers on building-related tasks and operations.
- Support event programming and onsite coordination.
- Work with the communications team to audit and maintain emergency notification lists.
