About The Position
Join KWC, one of Virginia's Top 25 public accounting firms, for a hands-on Summer Internship. Gain valuable experience in public accounting while working alongside experienced professionals and supporting client engagements. The program includes structured training combined with hands-on client work, exposure to tax, audit, and advisory services, guidance from a dedicated mentor, peer buddy, and supervisor, and regular check-ins to support your learning and professional growth.
Requirements
- Students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting (3.0 GPA preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work Tuesday–Thursday (24 hours per week) throughout the internship
