About The Position

Bedrock’s summer internship program offers emerging professionals hands-on experience with an assigned team or business area, opportunities to collaborate, mentorship, and the chance to build real-world skills, explore career paths, and contribute to impactful projects. Open business areas are Marketing, Accounting, and Information Technology. The internship runs June 1, 2027, through August 5, 2027. Interns work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fully on-site at Bedrock offices and properties in downtown Detroit, Michigan, and are paid $18.00 per hour. The essay should explain why the applicant is applying, identify their preferred business area, and describe what they hope to gain and why. Recruiting and selection begin after the application window closes. Applicants must be entering their junior year or higher in fall 2027 and pursuing a degree related to their selected team or business area. Previous internship or work experience is beneficial. Requirements

Ability to perform tasks within established procedures.
Ability to think critically and problem-solve at a basic level.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
