About The Position
Western Alliance Bank’s paid Summer Internship Program provides undergraduate students with hands-on experience in a professional banking environment. Compliance interns work on challenging projects related to their area of study, alongside experienced professionals and with support from a mentor. The program includes business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities over 10 weeks. The internship runs from June through August, with flexible dates available based on school schedules. High-performing interns who demonstrate the company’s values may be offered future employment opportunities. The role is based at CityScape in Phoenix, Arizona.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a related field of study.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
- Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; the program does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship or assistance with OPT or CPT.
