About The Position
Western Alliance Bank’s paid Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate students practical experience in a professional banking environment. Interns work on challenging projects in their area of study alongside experienced professionals and receive support from a mentor. The 10-week program includes business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities. The program runs from June through August, with flexible dates available based on school schedules. Successful interns who demonstrate commitment to the company’s values may be considered for future employment opportunities. This role is based at CityScape in Phoenix, Arizona.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a related field of study.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
- Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States; employment-based immigration sponsorship and assistance with OPT or CPT are not offered.
