About The Position

Western Alliance Bank is hiring an intern for its Summer Internship Program, working in Financial Crime Compliance in Phoenix, Arizona. The paid, 10-week program runs from June through August, with flexible dates available based on school schedules. Interns work on challenging projects in their area of study, alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced setting, and receive support from a mentor. Requirements

Be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in a related field of study.
Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Have strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
Be able to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
Have an interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
Be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship and support for OPT or CPT are not offered.
